IXPL DES PRAIRIES
IXPL DES PRAIRIES
Lager version of the famous I.P.A. but in «Maltstrom» style! For us, a good I.P.A is not about bitterness! Our approach is different: we create a very hoppy, very refreshing beer, which brings the noble aromas and subtleties of each hop, rather than their bitterness, to the fore. The perfect beer for cracking open at home after-work, or with friends when they «just happen» to drop by!

FARMHOUSE BLANCHE
FARMHOUSE BLANCHE
Another hybrid style, flirting with the Belgian whites but with a «funky» touch, inspired by the beers from the Walloon farmsteads and their American cousins - nice and dry and generously hopped. Our white might at first appear to be less approachable than our other beers, but in fact you quickly get accustomed to it, leading to lasting drinking pleasure
